6 Inch Tip Installation

I need some help on my tip install. Here are some pics of what it looks like now with no tip, I think I need a sawzall or something, it also looks like it might hit the fender....

Hold the tip up to it where you want the tip to be. Mark the pipe. Cut the pipe off with a sawzall in a spot where the tip will still have enough to attach to.

Do you think I will have to angle the exhaust down at all, I think I will have to loosen the clamp or something....

The clearance does look a little close i that pic. I didn't think it was stock, cause stock usually has plenty of room to the fender. The aftermarket exhausts are usually closer to the fender, but not so close you can't put a tip on it. When you put it in there, is there any room for adjustment?

I dont have it yet I think its being delivered today, or atleast I hope. My hope was being 6 inch I wouldnt have to do anything but use a sawzall for the length and not have to do anything for the height.

Make sure the exhaust is pushed down all the way on the hangers. Mine looked like that when I first put it on. Ended up that the very back hanger was actually flipped up so it was below the tailpipe.

Wasn't really upsode down. The rubber hanger got flipped when we were positioning the exhaust and we didn't catch it.
