Can anyone outline a build to run 80+ psi on a 2000 f250 4x4 6sp? i know there is a lot and i have been looking around but everyone just kinda hints at a couple things, not everything. thanks

80psi? I'm assuming you're talking boost...

Why 80psi? That is a number for twin turbos, so plan on spending some serious money. Plus, more boost doesn't mean more power, so if I were you I'd forget the 80psi number and determine what HP you want the truck to have, then we'll be able to help you with what mods you should do to get there.

twin turbos
upgraded intercooler
built engine with: partially filled block, girdle w/ studs, fire ringed heads, lower compression pistons, head studs, valve springs, hardened push rods, big injectors and custom tuning.

I dont have wastegated turbos, but for a daily driver setup i would add a wastegate on the second stage.

Not trying to highjack, just looks like a good place to ask a quick qestion.

I unpluged my wastegate on a dialy drive. Is that bad?

Your wastegate will still open before you over spin the turbine with those injectors. Stay under 30psi.

i was looking for at least 4-500 horse with plenty of potential for more. i would rather have too much and room to grow than not enough and a grenade sitting 2 feet from me

400-500hp is an easy build with less than 40psi. I would follow Luke's build above. You wouldn't need to fill the block or fire ring it for that hp range.

Just put the red line back. You are outside of your map anyways with that turbo at that psi. In other words, you're just moving very hot air.
