I purchased mine from Diesel Power Products. They were prompt and the service was good. At the time it was the only one I could find who carried the hoses. Here is the link to the hoses.6.0L Intercooler Swap Banks Technicooler Powerstroke Intercooler Boots Ford Intercooler Hoses Ford Intercooler Boots Ford Y Pipe Couplers Ford Intake Manifold Hoses
Good luck, Robert This vendor is a site sponsor and has the boots also.http://www.dieselsite.com/index.asp?...ROD&ProdID=861 Last edited by Rainmanz; 10-25-2008 at 12:34 AM. |

How difficult was the swap. Besides the different hoses, was there any additional hardware you needed. What type of gains did you notice (power, egt drop)?
Thanks |

you will see no gains in HP... and lower egt is very minimal... from the people i have talked too that have done it have said they only saw maybe a 50 degree drop in egt's while towing but when not towing their was no diff.

The only problem I had with the swap was that we hit the trans cooler when we were setting it in. But needless to say now I have a 6.0 trans cooler in the truck. I also got the hose kit instead of just the hose for the pass side since since the drivers side is alittle short and the clearance on the powersteering pump was tight.
