Fuel pump upgrade?

My truck left me stranded a little while ago, I removed the fuel filter cap, turned it over & no go go juice is flowing into the bowl, so I'm thinking my pump is shot, but you can hear it run when you turn the key on, so I guess I wont know what the hell is wrong until I play with it tomorrow?
Anyways, I'm thinking if the pump needs to be replaced, I would like to upgrade to something better than stock to help accomadate future mods, do you guys have any recomendations?

Fuel lab came out with a very nice pump.

I am using dual stock pumps
