fianally h2e vs phatshaft turbo

need in put.very upset.i finally upgraded to a h2e from a phatshaft turbo. lots of head ache installing it after all not a drop in turbo.it was a used kit that i bought had to make my own down pipe.modify a new hypermax boost tube.but got it all together.thought it would be a big diffence but not!went for road test ran good no waste gate so full boost all the time.but spool upwas the same if not slower ,egts the same i thought it would be lower with i thought a bigger turbo.still lots of smoke at low rpms as well on upper rpms.even on the 80 econo tune.just dont under stand.everything i read on here h2e is the ticket with what i have.the same egt at the end of a 1/4 mile run.even is the same with water/meth is 1589 ext temp before turbo wtf!!!! need some input.want bigger sticks but need help

2000 f250 crew cab 4x4 ,forged rods ,dp f5 modified stock 60 tow 80 econo 120 race 120 race with water methanol ,4" turbo back exhaust,jobe air intake,boost fooler,snow performance stage 3,all gauges,shift kit and triple disk billet converter,big oil,stage 2 single shots100% nozzles,h2e turbo , arp head studs,comp 910 springs ,diesel innovations regulated return ,air dog 150 with 1/2"pick up

i had a phat shaft turbo spent big money to upgrade and not seat of the pants diffence what's the deal that is all i'am wondering.not an ace at typing.thanks
just need help on why gets are the same and no performance diff.

"phatshaft turbo" doesn't tell us anything. I've never heard of that turbo, what are the specs?

you havent heard of it?phatshaft, ball busterbig bad wolf? itflows the same if not more than a gt38r. but is not a ball turbo.

That is not a common turbo so no, me and most other probably haven't heard of it.

Only info I can find is that Is a ball bearing turbo, comparable to the 38r

csipsd is running an h2e with bigger injectors than you and doesnt have issues with egts like you do. something is wrong.
different tuning could be in your future as well

and they make a billet wheel option for the h2e, which would help egts, spool etc.
