Late 99 conversion

My truck is an early 99. I am looking for more power and was wondering if it would be worth it to do the late 99 conversion and then a different turbo down the road or just go with the D66.

D66 is the easiest solution. Depending on your goals, the h2e or s300 may be a better option.

It all depends on your injectors and tuning. 15-30 range is a fair guess.

Remember, stage 2 injectors is the largest you can go with on the D66 (per warranty).
