Why not just get a 4'' dual exhaust? It'll be cheaper and no performance difference between the two. Plus the biggest down pipe you can run is 3.5'' anyways I believe.

Try contacting Gus at Farmboy's Diesel or Raul at Stealth Auto, they can hook you up right

you can run a 4" downpipe but not a 5" downpipe on a stock turbo. i'm pretty sure all 5" systems are 3.5" or 4" downpipe to a 5" midpipe, muffler and tailpipe

I would just go with 4" duals w/ 5" tips , plus 5" duals might get a little tight under there, my single 5" was already tight in some areas. Gus at farmboysdiesel has everything you need and his prices are great!

Early 99 F250 4x4 CCSB w/ LATE 99 engine - TW Chip, 5" straight exhaust, DIY intake w/ Amsoil 4095 filter, Gauges, ITP Pre pump filter and tank mod, Riffraff IC boots, AIH delete, EBPV delete, Foil delete, 3" lift on 35" BFG KM2, , custom rear bumper, Lightforce 170 lights
