Have you heard or thought about the 6637 filter mod? I know some guys shy away because the filter is exposed to engine heat but think about guys running huge turbos... They just usually attach the filter straight to the turbo and they don't worry about engine heat. :twocents:

If I was to buy a intake filter set up it would be S&B, there filtration is the best out there IMO.

afe sells 3 types of filter media, is there a preference?

Usually the dry filters trap more dirt but flow a little less than oiled ones... And the reverse is true for oiled filters, they flow more but filter a little less.

I just looked at the S&B, its a nice set up. Decisions decisions...lol

l like my s&b, the afe is definately pricey.
