largest split shot injectors?

What is the largest split shot type injector upgrade? I don't want single shots as they make the engine rattle sound louder..more then my likings. Even with good tuning they are not as quiet. Im looking for the biggest upgrade while maintaining the splitshot. Thanks

You can go as big as you want, but you better have dual high pressure oil pumps to supply them... Whos truck have you heard with single shot injectors? I dont think they are any louder other then at idle?

I tell you what I will do... I should be home tomarrow night or latest wednesday. When I get home I will take a video of my truck and my wifes excursion and you can see if you can tell...

Other then knowing mine has single shot, I doubt you will be able to tell.

Single shots are quite a bit louder. I was noticing that a weekend or to ago. I was comparing my hybrids vs. BI's.

You can get B-codes in a split shot, they are definitley going to need alot of oil though.

another thing to think about is that it isn't fair to compare an OBS to a Superduty as far as interior noise. The OBS basically only had a heat sheild on the engine side of the firewall. The Superduty has close to the same heat sheild, plus a 1" foam pad and a thick hard place cover on the interior of the cab.

I seriously doubt the interior noise of a superduty will change a whole lot from splits to singles... but I agree, the exterior noise will change a lot.
