What trans? I hear the manual trans is a little tougher to work around. I installed a 4" MBRP turbo back kit about a month ago om my 2001 f250 CCSB with auto trans. Down pipe took about 20 min. The flange lacked about 3/16" clearance at the back corner of the head, but I was able to crush the insulation of the firewall just enough to get by.

Good luck,
Mike

Hardest part for me was getting the down pipe off the turbo. Other than that it's pretty much just cut the old one off and put the new one on.
