Shift Kit and fluid for super duty?

I have an 01 super duty 4x4 with 130,000 miles and I haul a 24ft gooseneck trailer with farm equipment every once in a while. I want to install a shift kit for longer life of the transmission and good fluid? Any recommendations? The truck has the following mods. 4" turbo back exhaust, edge evolution 2 programmer and the wicked wheel 2.

dex 3 or mercon V.

your going to want a better trans cooler as well.
the stock cooler sucks.

tru cool max from dieselsite is good or get a 6.0 trans cooler.

and do you have gauges at all?
edge is known for being a little hard on auto trans.

First off lose the edge and get custom tunes, and then get a BTS or JW valve body.

x3 on the JW valve body

Sold 01 350 6" on 37's and mild mods, 00 X 4" on 35's, 02 f350 4" 35's molded from fan to drive shaft, ridin the 03 with nose conversion with 125k and counting upwards slowly.
Never had CNC on any of it, never will.
Take 3/4 of the info and recommendations on here with a grain of salt

X4 on the JW valve body, if you order from John Woods himself there is no core charge unless you don't return a core within 30 days.

If you can do your own work, the Transgo Tugger kit is a very nice kit.

I ran regular Castrol Mercon.
