3800 # ICP new Stealth Stage I " UPDATE "

Title says it all, Dave over on T*D*G where the other posts for Stealth on here were linked too got his chip back. Jody put a setting on there asking for 3800# and it delivered, then the truck fell on it's face, cause those small little early 99 injectors were CRYING out... But the pump ROCKETED up to 3800 lbs. Dave said it was there for a few seconds, before the poppets floated out on his injectors.

Joe, that statement does not give the New Stealth pump any justice. How does this sound,"that New Stealth pump is phat". I'd say you have to have one to say it is phat, so I'll agree with you. It is a good pump. So far.

The Stealth pump set next to a stocker is about 1 1/2 times the size of the stock pump. Now that is phat for a single pump.
I just got my Stealth stage II installed this weekend and hit 3200 ICP at WOT without any BO tunes and only 2100-2200 ICP at WOT with the stock pump and stock sticks. That is every bit of a 1000psi increase.

Why does he still asks for 3800psi when it doesn't make any more HP than 3200 psi and Cass will tell ya it isn't good for the inj?

I would guess because he Dave is kind of the official guinnea pig for the pump? Got to test the limits, and I would guess he didn't find it yet.

Cary, Dave has tunes to run daily with it, it was just an "Experiment" To show it CAN meet that ICP, (Since some think it's necessary), you know the drill dontcha man!
