7.3 What to do?

My buddy has an 02 F350 ECSB, last year we did a 4" MBRP turbo back exhaust, a CAI and the Edge Juice with the Attitude monitor. It just doesn't feel that impressive, some people have told me to ditch that programmer and go with the Edge Evo??? Another friend said he can re wire the MAP sensor and gut the flap in the exhaust? Any other low dollare mods that he will notice?

10K mod, Shim the FPR, you can delete the EBPV but I dont think it can be done by rewireing the MAP sensor? These will help some but not be a huge difference. He needs to spend a few hundred bucks and get custom tunes and then he will be thrilled with his truck.

The Edge Juice/Attitude is not impressive at all on the 7.3L. The Edge Evo will provide much more power and better shifting.

Send a message via AIM to Raul@Stealth Automotive
i would ditch all the over the shelf tuners/programmers and get him a custom tuned chip....

the TW chip will be night and day diff from the edge juice... he will need a set of gauges as well... but he can set the attitude display on 0 and run as gauges if he cant afford to do both at the same time....

but the jucie does not monitor your trans temp... the stock trans temp gauge is very innacurate... by the time it goes into the red you have toasted your trans...

this is what he wants:
Stealth Automotive. Tony Wildman Chip
Stealth Automotive. Tony Wildman Chip/ Gauge Combo

let me know if he has any questions

Raul is right!!! Friends don't let friends drive trucks with Generic tunes. You don't just throw 100+ extra ponies at a powertrain that wasn't designed for it , you need to do the supporting mods first.
Gauges
Exhaust and Intake
Support trans with a valvebody
Only now are you ready for tunes and DP and TW are the only ones to call

Yeah tell your friend to dump those generic tunes and hit up Raul for a custom tuned Wildman chip, it will be a night and day difference from the crappy edge
