new injectors

hey looking for info on new injectors, Single shot no interest in changing turbo, this truck is my daily driver.
can anyone give me some ideas?

Check out rosewood diesel, he is a sponsor on the forum and does DIY injectors. Im sending my stock injectors out to get rebuilt to stage 1s by him tomorrow and you can get him to send you injectors as well. His username on here is DZL_JIM hes a great guy to do buisness with

some stage I single shots would work nice, give you about 50 extra hp and will not require you to upgrade your HPOP since they use less oil than the stock split shots. You might want to consider a 1.0 or 1.15 housing for your stock turbo. That's great you already have the regulated return - good deal to protect your investment in new injectors.

ya i did the regulated return ( a little pricy just to keep air away from injectors) because i was told the air in the fuel system will not be kind to any injectors. anyway i did the return, 4" turbo back and gutted my exhaust brake from turbo, in anticipation of new injectors and glow plugs before it gets too cold. I have 400,000 kms ( 250,000 mi) on this girl and i want to have hp but reliability as well. I was thinking of going with Swamps injectors but am looking for more ideas.
Anything would help.

Do you really see 50 hp gain with 160cc Single Shot vs. 140cc AD??
As many of these conversions I have done, I have never been told any actual performance gains. I'd really like to know...

On the dyno with the stock injectors & Tony's tunes I was at 305 hp. Added the swamps 175/146 single shot injs and reg return - I was at 350 hp at the dyno during the last ORG get together in DFW.

So you're actually at 175cc, still a good jump up from 160's...
I guess with your SD set-up to run the AD's, that should work well.
