I had one for a few months before I got the F5 from DP Tuner, and it really did help, but I've heard of people having trouble with automatics and shift points with the extra power it gives, especially Super Duties.

i got one and its ok more smoke mostly on mine but im a obs 5spd. go to ebay only 50 bucks insted of 100 on dfuser's page.

I got one of theirs on my truck helps a little but Ive heard it works better with injectors so Ill see how it does when I put the stage 1s in

or you could do the 10k mod and get the same effect for a dollar

I got one. With that, intake and exhaust, I ran a 10.4 in the 1/8. Not super fast but I was supprized. I didn't notice any problems with my auto. Just cruisin, without giving any more throttle, and just turning up the switch, you can hear the turbo build a little more boost and the truck would pick up more speed. The sotp meter went up a bit.
