4in down pipe and hp crossover

i finally ordered a 4in. downpipe for my truck and a hpx crossover from itp diesel just ondering if i will notice any performance gains from either one i currently have the stock dp straight piped to my grand rock stacks and i ordered the crossover line because it seems like everybody has it but me

You'll probably notice some difference with the 4". The other thing you'll notice is decrease in EGT.

bout how many dregrees you think 100 or so

It probably varies by brand. I'm not really sure on #'s, but any drop in EGTs is great. I put my Banks exhaust on the same time I had put my pyrometer gauge in, so I didn't have anything to compare with. I'm about a week away from ditching the Monster muffler & straight piping it. I'm going to monitor whether or not it makes a difference. Let's wait & see if someone has some better insight as far as how much you can get your EGT to drop with an aftermarket exhaust.
