Good gauges?

Hi guys!


Since gauges will probably be our first purchase for the truck, I'm wondering what particular ones I could get. Brand and type (Mechanical, Short Sweep, Full Sweep, Digital) that is. Basically, is a group of 3 Autometer GS series gauges from EGauges, a mechanical 0-35 psi boost, a short sweep 140-300 degree Trans Temp, and a 0-1600 degree full sweep Pyrometer for $300 a good deal?

I can only look around so much before I have to ask the Strokers who have done this sort of thing before.

Autometer is a great brand.... the GS series look good..

make sure that kit comes with the pod and the paint...

The package doesn't include pods or mounts, unfortunately. We're looking to get an under-the-dash triple mount, in the same beige color as the Lariat's interior. Just have to move the electric trailer brake the previous owner put down there.

I think 300 is too much for just the gauges and no pod.
