If its a John Wood VB, its a good deal. Find out why he is selling it, seems a little odd.

Be careful there were a lot of fake VB's going around about a year or two ago. I know Greg Evans signs everyone of his VB's and I got a fake, they signed it but in the wrong spot. Greg sent me a real one if I would give him all the info on the crook that sold me the fake. Which I did, I talked to him a couple months ago and he said he is still having problems with fakes.

I wouldn't buy a used VB from someone I didn't trust... and I mean TRUST.

The only one I would run is a BTS, JW or my personal favorite FTVB.
