I know i dont need a 5'' setup but i like the way it sounds over a 4'' setup. Other than that what do you think?

Looks like a good set-up to me. Except I'd suggest keeping the muffler in the 5" kit, personally I think straight piped 5" exhaust makes the truck sound like it's gargeling under water.

You actually don't need the 4" exhaust either!! The factory restriction is in the muffler not the size of the pipe, against popular belief!! Place a 5/8" garden hose in a 6" drain pipe and it won't flow any more water, will it? Between the AIS/Zoodad and BTM I have never seen over 1200 degrees and that was towing heavy up a steep grade. EGT's are controlled by good airflow and proper tuniing better have both.
I would hold off on the ATS housing unless you have Surge, which I have never had, I would put that money towards a VB for the slushbox. I have the FTVB and love it.

I'd probably save dough on the AFE Stage 2. I bought one to ditch the cracked POS early '99 airbox, but I'm not impressed with it for the money. Definitely do the valve body, which may keep your trans alive a little longer after playing with the chip. My tuner ignores the overboost code, but if it didn't I'd go with the ITP overboost device. Don't know what else you're doing, but after watching your new trans temp gauge you may be inclined to shell out for a 6.0 trans cooler too.
