pure diesel power fan???

has anybody used the pure diesel power fan, its supposed to be lighter and easier on the motor and belts???

to me it looks like it makes up for the size and number of blades in the pitch of the blades

Sounds good but it says not for extreme towing or offroad use so that kinda sucks.I guess if it was just a daily driver ,it would be worth it.
