turbo whistle

greetings....... I have a 99.5..... Mods include intake ,Dp tuner.zoodad ,wicked wheel Etc. I also have the walker Big truck muffler..I noticed a couple of 97 with straight pipes that scream...... In order to get that same sound do i need to go muffler delete.....thanks1

muffler delete will help you out alot ........with more whistle

When I took my muffler out and replaced it with a straight pipe, the whistle was MUCH more noticable. I'm very pleased with it because without the muffler, the truck isn't much louder except for the whistle.
