If you hear it, go in and pull the plug while its running to see if it goes away. Just be careful not to snag your hand on the belt. I had the issue (I broke the ebp tube off of the sensor a while back and crimped the end shut) and when I pulled the plug, the problem stopped. It'll throw a code but it won't set off the CEL.
If you ever think something I post is ridiculous or uneducated, just remember that I probably learned it from here.
