Fuel system questions

So I've been wanting more out of my truck lately and figure it's time to upgrade the fuel system. Now I don't know much (or at all) about the fuel system in out trucks so I might make some comments.

First thing is what is the next appropriate step I should take? I have the basic mods done (chip, intake, exhaust, gauges) and nothing done to the fuel system. I was looking at ITP's fuel regulator system and that seems like the next logical step. But what about the FASS system? I really have no idea what that even does.... Will that even help my truck at all?

I can tell y'all that when I completely floor the pedal and reach higher rpms the engine seems to strain to be able to reach the correct speed for the next gear.

It'd be interesting to see what your ICP and fuel pressure is doing at the higher rpms. I doubt doing much to the fuel supply system is going to do a whole lot for you until you start upgrading the injectors where you need more fuel flow.

Regulated return would be good. But until you upgrade the injectors, there is no real need to do anything else.

I ran my hybrids on the stock fuel system for a long time, dropped about 10-15 psi at WOT but nothing you could feel.

I have the ITP fuel system with the bowl delete now.

You could do the in tank and fuel line mods to help get rid of the air. I don't know how much performance you'd get, but it'd give you something to work on(and not spend much $$).

So the next logical step in power (besides studs) are injectors? I'm planning to get the stg 3 hybrids from rosewood but though I needed other requirements just to run them.

Trans upgrade is coming soon too. I can't decide whether to rebuild or save up lots more and buy a new one.
