I Need more top end power

What are some good top end power mods my truck makes great low end but suffers a bit on the high end. its an e99

No its got a ts 6 pos chip, intake, and 4" exhaust

Check clutch rating. More than likely. A stock 17 would be fine. Or a honeybadger through nltd and maybe get a package deal

Yes. In late 99 they changed to 17. Theres alot of different hpops. Just search around on the forums, use search button and upgrade when/if you do injectors

ok sweet. also my truck in the 140 tune has horrible thottle response, when i let off the throttle it revs up when i shift sounds like it starves for fuel. but in the 100 tune it runs just fine you know what it might be?

My SD does the same. The turbo housing definitely affects it. My OBS was a lot better with the 1.15 exhaust housing.
