Tony is a great guy to deal with, it may take a while but you get a good product in the end.

is the TW that much better than the edge w attitude? I am skeptical because Ive recently heard of folks having serious engine nocks from the extreme power of the TW chip??? eitherway, sounds like its pretty slick... But I spent 9000 on a aftermarket full drop in... dont want any trouble...lol...

Yes a TW chip is way better, custom tuned chips for 7.3s blow all the programmers and other chips out of the water. I havent heard of any problems like engine knocks or anything the TW chip is a pretty safe chip, Tony knows what he is doing when he tunes these chips, I have no problems with mine

well there is a chat thread in the main page about it. i think it was posted today. the title is "engine knock" or something like that. knocking in the engine. or something. a bunch of folks talking about the same issue happening right after installing the TW. I would like one, they sound really awesome. I'd like to unstack my chips and be able to just run one. right now i have the edge with attitude monitor, and its stacked with a hypertech programmer... it hauls ***, but the damn petal is so touchy. oh, and NO SMOKE AT ALL...

I can't afford a BTS or JW VB right now. Can I just remove the TransCommand?

the juice is a trans burner... i would never let that thing close to my truck again....

the TW chip is nigh and day comp from the juice... the juice has no trans tuning.. where the TW chip does... plus the power in the TW chip is way better over the juice...

my opinion is take that piece of carp juice off your truck and run it stock if you cant afford to buy a TW chip just yet....

EDIT:

your truck will run alot better with custom tunes with your turbo/ injector setup... the juice and the Hypertech are not tuned for anything other than stock setups

It's that crazy, huh!? One of the settings I picked was daily. What's 'daily's' exact application? I thought it was another 'econo' setting....

Raul! I saw that 'engine knocking' thread Oregon Stroker was talking about with the TW causing knocking. I thought I did all the research I possibly could about the TW. What's your take?

Whoa hold the phone here. There is nothing wrong with properly tuning the tranny. When the trans is tuned correctly. It gives the same effect as a valve body. And with help from John Wood, and Brian, Jody has gotten his tuning to the point nowdays where a VB isnt really necessary. And im willing to bet Tony has as well.
