Need a new hpop

So I keep getting a code 1211 when I get on the skinny pedal hard. I have a edge gauge I use for egt's and icp pressure not for tunes, I have a ts chip for that.
If I'm in my higher setting tunes and get on it from 50mph to 90mph the icp pressure will spike only around 2000 then stable out at 1900psi. Lol I'm not sure what it reads on the duty cycle% because the numbers are small and hard to focus on while romping on. 6" lifted truck on 35s!
The truck runs real good but in the higher rpm range it doesn't seem to pull much, just kinda feels like it falls flat. Would this be from the lack of pressure?

Now there is the t500 adrenaline and a new one out the honey badger jr. My only other mods are going to be stage 2 injectors when my stock go out and a gtp38r with a riff raff billet wheel. What would be my best bang for the buck?

Also anyone in the so cal area who has done one before want a side job and make some extra cash?

A pillar boost and trans temp gauges, riff raff billet wheel, banks intercooler, turbo master wastegate controller.
