Tuners...no

All the real good tuners are in Tn, Ga or TX

The only place I know of is a place called "Krazy House Customs" in NJ. I never went there but they seem to be one of the best around.

Well I'm curious myself. Who in NJ or NY would you go to?

Pretty much all I need done is a leveling kit with shocks, stabilizer etc, exhaust, fenders, bumpers, lights (tinting, and off-road lighting)?

I'd do it myself but I don't have the tools/experience to do it.

No one..I sent my rig to Houston to be built. Then I had a tuner from Ga. come up to dial it in.

Lift's, tranny install and stuff like that any shop can do. There isn't one close to me with a Rep good enough for me to take it for vital stuff though.
