HP Oil Lines Again?! Please Help!

I Keep having problems blowing up high pressure oil lines and im getting sick of it. First I had the OEM oil lines in the truck and i think they went cause they were just old, but I have had them replaced for the 3rd time now. Is there some kind of upgraded set of HP oil lines i could put in my truck so this doesnt happen anymore???

Thanks, Brett

Maybe get the cross over oil line from riffraff
Said to equaliz the oil pressure between the oil rails to prevent oil pressure spikes.

I am pretty sure your IPR isn't working right. The HPOP is a fixed displacement piston pump. So if the relief (IPR) is stuck, it will over pressurize and something has to give. In this case, your hoses. Usually the non-servicable plug blows out.

Crossover line won't help this.

The Lines are blowing because the ones that I keep putting in are not the proper hp oil lines like you get oem from Ford, I keep getting them made from a shop, they fit and seem to work fine for a while, but I don't think they are able to handle the pressure that is going threw them, and they seem to be under some stress. I basically need help trying to find some sort of upgraded oil lines that I can put in so I never have this problem again. Any sites to look at, or stores, or do I just go to Ford?

I didn't take a pic. There not going at the crimp, the one time I think it went cause it got kinked (no idea how) and once it blew right in the middle, and the last time it was close to the crimp. It seems like there not handling the pressure. Which wouldn't surprise me because there not actual hp oil lines made for a 7.3

so what are they? hydraulic lines have pressure ratings written right on them? is it 4 wire hi pressure line? 4 wire should survive
