fuel spring upgrade?

Has anyone done this fuel spring upgrade,where you replace stock fuel pressru spring with a stiffer one to increase fuel pressure? hope this link works eBay Motors: 99-03 FORD POWERSTROKE TURBO/ GDS FUEL SPRING UPGRADE (item 290244046358 end time Jul-14-08 07:35:00 PDT)

the bb seems to help on the obs a little bit so i might help a little on a SD but i duno i would rather have a longer spring than putting a bb behind one but thats just me.
