My first thing that comes to mind is an exhaust system.

I assume you a smart guy and have gauges already, right?

Then get your chip reburned with better tunes from TW. He must have something that can help you.

Your buddie may have TW tunes stacked with an EDGE box but the edge is not helping him as much as he thinks it is. It is only worth around 10hp average. And then the part about stacked with something else, there is nothing else to tap into.

What is the differences in your two trucks? long bed VS short bed....reg cab VS crew cab.......tire size...

I will call and ask him tomorrow...... He runs about a 15.4 and i run a 16.7...Ya my TW is nice but its just no match to his setup........

You cant stack chips on a 7.3.......You can use 1 chip and 1 programmer, but generally, no matter what programmer you use it will never be good for more than 15-20 more hp......And there is no way he can have a 3rd device....Theres no where else to plug it in.... When you race do you do a 4wheel launch? Are you powerbraking to build up boost? Maybe check your injectors also...
