TURBO-bb or j.b. what brand?

Noticed small amounts of side to side play in my turbo today, no in and out play, but side to side. So I'm starting to plan on an upgrade in the future.
My ? is,
There is some some compainies praising there non BB turbos, while I am awaire of the advantages to a BB turbo. Why are they saying to go with there non BB? Why does the Garret surge and TN not? What would you guys recomend to run with my stage 2 singles?

(don't ask why I did injectors before a turbo, that wasn't the plan untill I lost 3 injectors back in December.)

Wasn't sure about the side to side play being that bad. But I still want to upgrade anyway.

As far as the Garret, i searched earlier on the forum and read a thread ( and have heard this before) that the garret can surge when towing as where the TN hasn't

There are two options that are worth mentioning aside from the GT38R. The TN BB and the PDR super GTP. The PDR is rather new but has good reports so far. The TN BB is the hot ticket.

PDR Diesel Performance: * NEW * Super GTP Turbo - 1994.5-03 7.3L P/S

FYI, With your stage 2's, 400hp is all the fuel you have to work with.

Stay away from the big bad woof...... One just let go a couple of weeks ago on a truck. We took it apart and looked at the machining, what a POS. I would not put on my worst enemies truck. Of course HTT would not warranty it because it let go on a dyno. All it made with hybrids was 398hp.

Ross at dynomite said that with the stage 2 singles and a bigger turbo and proper tuning he expects it should be close to the 420 - 430 mark

Look up mikes7.3 on here. He runs DDP stage 2 injectors and runs a TN BB turbo with all the fuel system upgrades. He had his truck live tuned by Jody(DP tuner) and put down 402hp. Another 20-30hp from those injectors is going to be hard to get but I am sure it could be doable some how.

Your sig says 100hp injectors. I only find 75hp and 120hp injectors on the DDP website. Which ones do you have?
