no it can't, the reason is that the TS goes directily to the PCM and the evo goes to the OBDII port so any program you upload through the evo will be overidden by the TS since it goes directly in the PCM

You want to stack with a fuel box (module) 6 gun, juice, EZ, Quadzilla.

nope... why would you want to stack anyways.... at the most you will only see like 5hp more... its def not worth the money to buy another tuner.... your better off sending out the chip to get reburned with custom tunes....

If you are mechanically stock (turbo, injectors blah blah blah...) then you wont gain anything noticeable. Stay where you are until you decide to change some iron. Custom tunes will get you a few more ponies, but you already dropped a bunch of change on the Evo.
