it can help smooth out the cackle at idle as well as improve fuel pedal responce. IMO they are worth it, but you will not have a huge gain with them..

I think it is worth it. Makes off idle a little better, smoothed out the idle and it is less loud on start up.

On edit: Di is supposedly making a solid steel one like the one that ITP makes. I would buy it from Dennis at ITP diesel if it were me. The one that is currently on the DI site is a hose style. It works but I did notice that the hose had some heat marks on it that did not make me very happy. If I were doing it again, I would wrap the hose in Kevlar heat shielding or get a solid steel one. There is a site sponsor on here that sells a hose style if you want to go the hose route.

I don't have one yet. But will be either making one or buying one here soon as I finish up my fuel system mods.

i have had both the hose style and the one on ITPs site. u may notice a difference at idle. My recommendation is to buy the one from ITP. My hose style had leaks at the crimps where the fitting meets the hose. I havent had one problem with the line that i have on it now.

I've run a couple different ones over the years as well and have not noticed any difference what so ever with them.
