debatin

would it be worth and extra 175 to get a TW chip for my truck when i can get a virtually brand new edge evo2 for 300?

what does the programmer do differently than the TW?

will it be as hard to install as my hypermax? i had it in, then took it out and now i cant get it back in and working...is the TW any easier to install?

i would say yes... i had the evo on my truck before i put the TW chip on and it is a night and day diff... esp the way the trans feels..... their is no comparing canned tunes to custom tunes....

the chip is easy to hook up... connects onto your PCM.... shouldnt take you more than a couple of hours for your first time

the tw chip or any "chip" for that matter is better for the 7.3's the evo is nice for the guages but in all actuality you can get some decently afforadable guages for 200 or so bucks. the "programmers" are def. different that the chips on the 7.3's. install wise the chip is the easiest thing to hook up. took me aout .5 hour to hook it up and the most time spent is making sure everything is clean!
