Edge Evo tuner on race tune, harmful?

I have a 2000 7.3 and I have an edge evo tuner that i usually on the 2nd "race" tune just to give it a little kick in the ***. Truck is stock except for 4in turbo back exhaust. My question is it bad to be running the race tune all of the time? I rarely jump on it bad, and I'm just wondering if I am just driving it around like a normal human being is bad for the truck? I just cant stand driving the turtle around all day

thanks.

It's no bad ,but what isn't good is friends letting friends drive trucks with canned tunes! Get you a custom set up and you will see a night and say difference.

Is yours the gameboy looking evo? I have It on my truck and run it on the 140 race tune all the time(except when towing), get better milage and have the nuts to go when I want it. Had it in for 15k miles now with no issue in the trans, and have put the old girl to work havnt beat on it but havnt gave it the grandpa treatment either. Its to each his own really.
