Straight pipe
Tymar DIY Intake
zoodad mod
10k mod

Under 100 bucks.

I recommend gauges for the 10k though, at least EGT. If you have the auto get a trans temp, and get boost for troubleshooting. Could cost anywhere from $250-$350 for gauges, depending upon what you get.

Instead or in conjuction w/ the 10k you can get a chip for between $200-$350. Only problem is, you pay to play... you stand a chance at messing up your tranny and that's about 3.5x's more then you're looking to spend.

ZooDad, Tymar DIY, and 10K is included in this link...
http://www.powerstroke.org/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=217

ZooDad is free, Tymar will run you 20-45 bucks depending on where you get the filter, and the 10K will either cost you $0.00 if you have the parts already or however much the local radio shack wants to kill you for if you don't.
