2000 F250 crew cab 4x4 4" rancho lift on BFG 315's,edge juice ,dp 6 pos tuner, beans stage one single shot injectors , ats housing, snow performance boost cooler, air raid intake and throttle body spacer, banks intercooler, big head wastegate, banks power elbow, banks torque converter with trans command, air ride air bags, gibson full 4" exhaust viper alarm with remote start,XM satilite radio
That is your signature. A few questions after reading your post and that together.

1. Do you have BOTh the edge and the DP installed together?
2. Do you have an auto or manual.
3. Did you go with an OEM Hpop or get an aftermarket one?

My suggestion would be call Jody with your problems. I know that the 80 shouldn't smoke a WHOLE lot, and that your EGT's should NOT be through the roof. His programming is very good and most people do NOT exp alot of smoke in the 80.

Here is Greg in 120hp setting doing a sled pull...

Nearly the same?

I found the problem Of course nothing to do with the tuner The clip on the wastegate rod fell off so it was not connected to the exhaust port on the turbo so it was not opening and building some heavy backpressure I dont know how I missed it when I was checking for leaks but I did OOPS
