Bigger Turbo! or Rebuild the Stocker?

Alright males and females, I am upgrading my turbo, I have an 2002 with 4" turbo back, AFE stage 2, and a Edge evolution for tuning.
Now i'm not going to go too crazy with this truck it's just my weekend tow rig, but my plans for the future is stage 1 injectors, & fuel kit.

Now back to the turbo, I have been looking at Industrial injections Hybrid Turbo w/ upgraded wheel, 4" Ported comp housing, and I have also been looking at BD's Turbo Thruster II, very similar turbos.
But there are a few people trying to talk me into a rebuilt stock turbo with an upgraded wheel do to me not having enough mods to push through the bigger housing.
I'm torn any advice/Experience with this would be helpful. I am also open to any other suggestions. Thanks

I bought a BD thruster 2. I have very similar mods as you currently with a few more additions. I am going to be upgrading my injectors and hpop when the funds become available. Just with the set up I have I can feel a big difference, plus it sounds great. If your going to use it for towing its gonna be a big help in keeping EGTs down.
