mod ?s

i have done the icp mod and i am throwing codes all injector pressure related and the mass air sensor code, also if i turn the pot. all the way the truck stalls, and at about 3/4 of the way turned up it seems to hick up at take of and constant throttle positions, i am also noticing some blueish gray smoke like its burning oil. i also have done the ccv and i plugged the hole in the intake tube should i have done that or not i have read lots and not seen any about these problems

i have also noticed that when i turn the pot. up and ask the truck to move quickly the dip stick pops out and i lose oil so please if you guys know anything can you help out thanks

You're throwing the readins way out of wack. What are the resistances of the pot you got? There is a certin range that you can use and have it work. If you go to far one way or the other it will cause your problems. I'd sggest marking on the pot how far you can move it before it starts acting up and not go past that spot.

If you do the CCV mod you need to make sure to plug the hole on the intake. You also need to make sure there is a hose that goes from the breather on the valve cover out under the truck and that it is not obstructed or you will blow oil past the seals in the turbo, push out pas seals and gaskets in the engine and quite possibly blow your dip stick out.

check the line for the cvc and make sure it is not kinked or getting pinched did you take the breather off the valve cover and spin it so the 90 was at the back just checking if you need me to i can post pics of how i ran mine just trying to help the best i can

I got the steel ccv tube off an OTR truck and bolted it to the back of the head. Makes it real nice because there is no way it can kink.

i did all of that stuff for the ccv mod but didnot get a reading for the icp #s what # is a good stoping point i havent seen that either i apperciate all of the help guys thanks alot.
