Question Gauges

I would like someones opinion reference gauges. I believe you need the three when running a chip, programmer, tuner, etc ( boost, trans, and exhaust/pyro). Does it reall matter where the guages come from? I see some gauges run 300+ for the set and pods. I found a set and pods for approximately 170+. Is this a good idea? Everyone on this site has been very helpful Thanks, Jim.

99 F350 7.3L powerstroke, stock, AFE stage II cold air intake (ordered), MBRP 4" turbo back exhaust 4" down tube 5" SS tip (ordered).

Just don't go cheap.
You get what you pay for. I know it's cliche, but its true. My opinion is they are cheaper for a reason. But I have no experiences with them.

I have had good luck with the Autometer's. Five years and not even replaced a bulb on them. I really like how they match the factory dash color and even dim with the dash. People have asked me if they were installed as an option.

I put some off color ones in my older truck, and when they light up at night they drive you nuts, they don't blend in with dash and cause a real bad distraction. Get them to match the dash and you will be happy.
