Another exhaust ?
I did a search and could'nt find an answer. I looking at getting an exhaust soon, I have no other mods other than gauges. I like the look of the 5" w/ 6 inch tip. Will a 5" turbo back help or hurt. I'll be getting a TS chip and doing a tymar knockoff around march-april next year and don't want to buy something that won't help. Thanks Kelly

5" is more for sound/looks over performance. Anything larger then 4" tends to slightly decrease low end performance on a STOCK or even a slightly modded truck. You'd probably be best off with a 4" system with a 6" tip! I certainly recommend a 6" tip over a 5".
