Which programmer

2000 Excursion 7.3...it had a Superchip in it that malfunctioned and caused problems so I removed it. I love my Ex, but it's a slug without a chip/programmer of some kind. My main concern is MPG, but I want to get back at least the power that the Superchip gave me. Of course I wouldn't mind a little smoke too. Any ideas???

Oh! Also, I'm going to replace the fluids in the tranny and front and rear diffs. It's got 230,000 miles on it. What fluids do you recommend?

Thanks!!

I originally had a DP-Tuner F5 and now have the PHP Hydra....The difference is night and day. In my opinion and my trucks response, the PHP tunes are superior in just about every way I can think of. Quiet, smooth power and the shifting is great and I get about 1.5mpg better than with DP. Get gauges first, if you don't already have them. Pyro, Boost and Trans temp.

2000 F350 7.3 4X4 SRW, SC, LB, VDO Gauges, JWVB, PHP Hydra, Tru-Cool Max, KYB Monomax, BTM, BD Brakeloc, S&B CAI, zoodad, WW, Firestone Airbags
