Which ones are newer/less miles? The AA's if you get them modified it will be cheaper. If you keep the AD's it will cost more to modify to AA but you will have new plungers and barrels which is nice also.

aa = 90cc
ab (in your early 99) = 120cc
ad = 140cc

To run single shots, you'll need to get a chip with single shot programming. You can have either set rebuilt or converted to stage 1 or 2 singles that flow 160cc. Contact Jim at DIY injectors.

600? I wouldn't trust any injectors on ebay other than for cores. And then, I wouldn't pay more than 300-350 for a set. I know.. I've done it many times.

Jim is awesome. I didn't have time to build my stage 3's. So I sent him some ab cores and he built them for me. There are many people on here using his kits.

seems like i could get a rebuild kit and use the nozzles from my ads on the aa's? and they would flow more?

BTW Thanks for your imput in this matter!

I would like to stay with a single shot setup.

Wildman or DP tuner can adjust for single shots.

The ab/ad nozzle wouldn't do anything for you on AA's (I may be wrong, but that's the info I've found). When going from stage 1 (160cc) to stage 2 (160cc), the nozzle is larger, allowing more fuel.

Rebuilding injectors isn't that hard. Take your time, keep EVERYTHING clean. Read the directions 5 times. Call Jim and ask questions. He's a great guy.

Like any DIY there is potential of problems. Many have had luck but without having them flowed/tested you don't know how they turn out.

Stock nozzles on Stage I's and Stage II's have modified nozzles.
