if its anything like riffraffs, the turbo CAN be snorkeled around the hpx, so for it to not to be removed. Get back in there and re-tighten ur down, or is it leaking at the base? Maybe new orings are in order..#5

i must have been mistaken. i took it all apart a second time, cleaned the hpx fittings and replaced the rubber o rings with copper washers, put it back together, and ran the truck. it still leaks but there's no oil on the copper washers. it must be the o rings on the turbo. mother f-er

how are you getting the copper washer to seal and not leak, since the head in "bossed" for an oring for that #5 bolt? Also, you'd see it leak from the HPx while idling.

the copper washer i have is thicker than the o ring so it puts plenty of tension on it. beyond that i don't know, it just ain't leaking
