Tranny mods

Hey I am close to getting a late 99 F350 PSD, I plan on a AFE intake, TS 6 pos. chip, a 4" exhaust and a Banks wastegate....what should I do to the tranny? It is a higher milage truck (195k) so would a total rebuild kit, like something from Suncoast be best or a TC and a Transgo kit?

Depending on how the truck was used. A tc and shift kit would make that trans last, if it wasn't abused.
