Ats ported shroud compressor housing vs. 6 position chip

I have a 2001 7.3L powerstroke that I'm looking to add another upgrade to but I'm not sure which one would be the best choice, I'm looking into installing an ATS ported shroud compressor housing or a power hungry performance 6 position chip. If someone could help me out with the decision or maybe throw in thoughts from anyone who has either installed on their truck or know someone who has that would be great!

2001 7.3L powerstroke, built trans, 6637 intake, bd billet compressor wheel, mbrp 4 inch turbo back exhaust, sct livewire tuner.

Skip the ported housing unless you have surge issues. It is NOT a performance upgrade.

I would get the new Hydra chip from Power Hungry Performance. I should have one shortly.

Ok thanks. One thing I was concerned about with the chip was the fact that I already have an sct on my truck and if I take that chip off is the php chip going to out perform the sct enough to make it worth it?

You cant run both which I cant tell if you know or not...

In my opinion the chip will far out perform the SCT.
