Edge Evo. With Banks 6 gun????

I got an Edge Evolution, manufactured date of 10/2006 (not sure if it matters???). I was wondering if i can stack that on my Banks 6 gun tuner. Or if it is a good/bad idea??? Thanks in advance.

i belive it will, i was reading somehwere about that, something like a 6 gun will stack with other chips/programmers but someone who knows for sure will chim in

The 6 gun will stack with any tuner or chip. You will probably set a check engine light running the two because it will demand more ICP than your HPOP will have available. But it will work. Post up how it runs on the different settings. The end result will only be a few HP more than the EVO only. However it will be far less power than a custom tune from TW or DP ran by itself.

That all depends on where he puts the Banks sticker. If it is put under the emblem on the fender I heard it is the same as a DP?

ive read you dont really get much out of stacking on these motors, I believe it was due to the HEUI injection system limitations

I already have the Banks 6-gun on my truck and I bought an Edge Evolution. I am wondering can I run the evolution and use the banks 6 gun as well? Is there anything wrong with this if it will work?

the only thing that is wrong with it is that you wasted your money to make maybe 5hp more....
