Upgrade

I'm needing a new clutch slave plate Pressure plate in my truck. Since I need these parts I want to upgrade them to heavier duty parts than stock. Can someone give me who makes heavier duty parts for my tranny?

South Bend or Valair.

What do you need?

A pressure plate, flywheel or clutch disc? Or all of the above?

Not many people replace one without the others. But if you want to i have a flywheel and pressure plate from Valair that have about 10K mile son them inn great shape. I put a south bend in my rig cause i sprung an oil leak off my HPOP loosing 2 gallons every 20 miles thenopil seeped into my bellhousing and saturated the disc. Disc is garbage but everythign else is almost new. Let me know and i can send pics.

I want all of them. So I will not have any problem for a long time.

I would reccomend South Bend Clutch.

I put in a 400 HP rated one and really like it. I only have minor mods done and am not close to 400 HP but plan to upgrade in teh future and if a clutch can last 200K i dont wanna replace it in the future when i do upgrade.

The south bend has a semi soft pedal and is smooth when towing and all around driving. If i feel like getting on it and dumping gears it works even better i think. Great clutch and i hope to get many years out of it! Only put about 5K on my rig each year tho so it should last a loooooong time!

Good luck!
