MBRP Exhaust Question.

I just got done installing my new 4 inch MBRP w/muffler delete. I was wondering i got a 03 F-250 SuperCab Short Bed, do i really need the extension pipe, cause it won't fit, but the muffler delete pipe fits on the Mid pipe and tail pipe perfertly.

Also i was wondering the new down pipe comes really close to the trans dip stick tube, would that cause a problem.

I don't think its touching but it looks really close.

The whole thing removal and install took about 5 hours. And it sounds really awesome.

The answer is no. Your truck is the same length as a regular cab long bed truck, exhaust wise.

You can take that extension pipe and have the ends flared and use it has a straight pipe or sell it to someone as a straight pipe.
