ICP

My icp has oil in the plug. Is this normal or is it leaking.

Not normal. Clean it out and keep an eye on it for a few days. If it fills with oil again, replace it.

Like strokin said, it needs to be cleaned out and checked. Did you do the 10k mod? If not, then more then likely the sensor is failing and will have to be replaced (they're not cheap). It should throw a code and an SES light when it starts to loose contact and will make your truck run slow.

ICP is not a sensor, but there is a sensor that monitors it.

It's where the 10k goes...

I just went through this they are not cheap 200.00 bucks my bet is you need a new one i guess there gold plated to help with resistance.

I have some problems. When I come to a stop sometimes it will cut off. It acts like it runs out of fuel. My fuel pressure at idle is around 75psi. I have not checked it going down the road. I pulled the plug out of the icp and it was full of oil.
